DESCRIPTION
When browsing a folder containing FLAC audio files, Dolphin generates
embedded-cover-art thumbnails for some files but falls back to the generic
audio file icon for others, even though the files were tagged/ripped the same
way.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a folder containing multiple FLAC files with embedded cover art (e.g.
via TagLib/Kid3-tagged rips)
2. View the folder in Dolphin with previews enabled (Icons view)
3. Observe that only some files show their embedded album art as a thumbnail
OBSERVED RESULT
Some FLAC files show correct embedded cover art thumbnails, others in the same
folder tagged the same way, show only the generic audio/music-note icon
instead.
EXPECTED RESULT
All FLAC files with valid embedded cover art should display their album art as
a thumbnail, consistently.
