Plasma Renderer had been manually or previously configured to use the Software rendering backend. Changing Rendering Backend to Automatic and logging back in removed the degraded-rendering warning and restored the Desktop Cube immediately. This was a local configuration issue, not a KWin, Qt Quick 3D, or NVIDIA driver defect. Please close this report as INVALID or WORKSFORME.
