DESCRIPTION
Bazzite KDE Plasma systemsettings crashes when launching. Doesn't matter if I
click the app, try to open from a context menu, or launch from terminal. Right
clicking the desktop and selecting Display Configuration will bring up a blank
window briefly before crashing and that's as close as I can get it to running.
I have tried updating the system, rebooting, adjusting config files, and doing
a restore point. The only thing that fixes it is a fresh install, but that only
works for a short while before the systemsettings begins crashing when I try to
open it again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install fresh Bazzite KDE
2. run systemsettings during use as normal
3. use PC as normal
OBSERVED RESULT:
systemsettings begins crashing when attempting to open at unknown point in time
of use and seemingly cannot be repair through standard troubleshooting.
EXPECTED RESULT
systemsettings working as one would expect without crashing.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
when launching systemsettings from tray icon it will show the loading animation
briefly before crashing.
Display configuration, configure audio devices, configure digital clock, etc.
all behave in the same manner and will not open systemsettings.
