DESCRIPTION
Flatpak bundle (some.flatpak) will not install from an external action (double
click it in Dolphin or open from Browser download history).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover if not already open
2. Download a .flatpak file from KDE GitLab for example
3. Open the .flatpak file from the browser downloads or from Dolphin
OBSERVED RESULT
Could not open file:///var/home/justin/Downloads/kclock.flatpak
EXPECTED RESULT
Flatpak bundle is opened in Discover
