DESCRIPTION
Using Wayland with Firefox and KWIN_WAYLAND_SUPPORT_XX_PIP_V1=1.
Grabbing a corner of a PiP window and dragging the cursor to resize it, causes
the entire window to move. Best to just watch the attached video.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Set KWIN_WAYLAND_SUPPORT_XX_PIP_V1=1 in /etc/environment to enable the new
pip extension.
1. Play a video in Firefox and open it in a PiP window.
2. Grab the upper left corner of the pip window to resize it.
3. Drag the cursor.
OBSERVED RESULT
The window does resize but also moves.
EXPECTED RESULT
The window just resizes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Only happens with three of the four corners. If you grab the lower right
corner, it resizes absolutely perfectly.
