The time widget in the right overlaps other panel items
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter Digital clock settings (click the time and then the settings icon)
A2. Under Appearance, set "Show seconds" to " Always"
B2. Under Appearance, set "Show seconds" from " Always" to something else
OBSERVED RESULT
After A2: The seconds start overlapping other items in the panel (see
attachment).
After B2: There is not a gap around the time (see second screenshot I will
attach in a comment).
EXPECTED RESULT
The place for the panel expands/shrinks immediatelly.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Running plasmashell --replace fixes the issue.
