STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install the Hannah Montana theme.
2. Remove the Hannah Montana theme by clicking the "Remove permanently" button.
3. Open Firefox/Zen Browser, then download a file, and look at the download
window.
OBSERVED RESULT
The file icon has its Hannah Montana theme.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should have been removed permanently as the button says.
