Dear Data Protection Officer / Website Administrator,
I am writing to request the deletion of all personal data you hold about me,
pursuant to Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) ("Right
to Erasure").
Please delete all personal data associated with my account and/or my use of
your services, including but not limited to:
* Account information
* Email addresses
* IP addresses and technical logs (where applicable)
* Usage/activity records
* Any other personal data processed by your organization
I request that you confirm once my personal data has been deleted. If any data
cannot be deleted due to legal obligations or another applicable exception
under Article 17(3) GDPR, please inform me of:
1. Which data cannot be deleted
2. The legal basis requiring its retention
3. How long the data will be retained
I expect confirmation of the actions taken within one month of receiving this
request, as required under Article 12(3) GDPR.
