DESCRIPTION
Add DXGI DDS BC7 codec support to gwenview
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. convert an image to dds format using NVTT nvcompress with -bc7 flag
2. try to open the converted image
OBSERVED RESULT
gwenview to open the image
EXPECTED RESULT
gwenview errors with "loading iage failed"
