DESCRIPTION
The value of the field "Scale" will not be persisted between system restarts


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start the system with a connected external monitor 
2. Set "Scale" to another value than the default value
4. Click "Apply"
3. Restart the system

OBSERVED RESULT
The value of "Scale" is again the default value

EXPECTED RESULT
The value of "Scale" should be the previously given customized value
