digiKam versions 9.0 and 9.1.0 both affected; Windows; RTX 3080 Ti with correct
driver, CUDA, cuDNN; OpenCL registry/DLL confirmed present via Process Monitor;
error reproduces instantly every time with the exact log line:
'QString::arg: Argument missing: "OpenCLDNN",
"Digikam::OpenCVOpenCLDNNTestDlg::runTest'
