Screenshot contains proof that I have all rights to edit bug reports.
I shouldn't have any admin/mod functionality enabled in this account. Not sure
if it is actually working, did not dare to try changing anything, but judging
on the looks of it, it does not look right.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in to my account.
OBSERVED RESULT
I can edit any bug report on the site.
EXPECTED RESULT
I shouldn't be able to edit bug reports.
