This happens a few times during startup and momentarily freezes the keyboard
input, making the UI some times unresponsive (for a few seconds). It is utterly
annoying but really "deadly". I have removed all GTK3 related apps that I could
find, just to find out that this is a setting of the ibus package.
There are a few "fixes" posted online, like setting the virtual keyboard to
"Wayland" or to "None" or using im-config selecting "Do not activate any IM
from im-config". None has any effect at all.
