--- Comment #2 from Ian Balchin <[email protected]> ---
Bug solved. OK, this is more of a 'Feature' really. Now note that the
'Location' tab is split into half vertically and the right hand side is empty.
But why is that? Read on.

The handbook clearly states - if you read it:

Chapter 4. Adding or Editing Contact Data / Basics / The Location Tab / Add
Address
Note: These last 2 words have a highlighted box around them to simulate a
button which is not immediately apparent.
"When you have finished entering address data, left click this button to add a
new address to the set of saved addresses appearing in the large display window
to the right."

Now note that this button is on the lower left side, while an OK button is over
on the lower right side. It might seem that the 'Add Address' button is meant
to move you on to putting in a second address, so you naturally click the OK
button and get a message saying "Location not saved ... ". It is meant that
you click that button to save each address when you have finished adding the
appropriate date. When the 'Add Address' buttton is clicked, then that address
is now saved and featured over on the right hand side all nicely formatted.

Tricky. Note that this is the only tab out of the six on the 'Edit Contact'
page that requires you to click a button to save it.
