DESCRIPTION: Downloaded mods for Morrowind (OpenMW). Specifically Tamriel Data
and Tamriel Rebuilt. Upon attempting to x-fer the zipped data to required
folders in order for the mod to placed and work correctly, progress meter
oscillates as opposed to filling and x-fer never takes place. It is in
permanent 'beachball' status.
