New names were ignored by Dolphin twice.

DESCRIPTION
Discovered while renaming music files. On the clip I reproduced the bug with
two songs after having experienced it with four more, the ones you see above.

This gets more frustrating when there are multiple files to rename.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click and hold a file name with the mouse
2. Type a new name
3. Press Enter

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin sometimes just decides to completely ignore the new file name, closes
the rename text edit and it doesn't apply. Refreshing Dolphin shows the rename
was not performed.

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin should always successfully perform the rename and show a warning or
error when it couldn't be done. In this case, it absolutely could be done as
this was under my /home yet rename was still ignored.
