DESCRIPTION
Upgraded from 6.6.5 to 6.7.x. Black screen on login.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update from 6.6.5 to 6.7.x
2. Log in via SDDM
OBSERVED RESULT
Black screen on login. Plasma 6.7.x upgrade causes KWin Wayland DRM device
initialization failure on AMD GPUs. Fresh ISO works.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Plasma 6.6.5 Wayland works on AMD hardware. Upgrading the same installation to
Plasma 6.7.x causes KWin to fail DRM initialization on AMD GPUs. The same
upgraded installation works on Intel graphics. KDE neon live ISO with Plasma
6.7.x works on AMD hardware.
