DESCRIPTION
sometimes after opening other app Krita stop registering pen input, after being
minimized/opening other app(esp. maximized one) but this seems to not always
happen. when this happen i cant interact with canvas and UI but touch input
works.
clicking on Plasma widgets often fixes it and the pen would start registering
again.
when it happen randomly, it happen on app boot, and sometimes you need to
reboot the computer completelyto fix it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Krita
2. open other app(esp maximized) / minimize Krita
3. open Krita again
