I can record a screencast with Spectacle but not via quick settings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start recording from quick settings
2. Do something
3. Stop recording
OBSERVED RESULT
The video plays but nothing is recorded.
EXPECTED RESULT
A screencast is recorded.
