DESCRIPTION
When transferring money from a CND account to an EURO account, the exchange
rate is not applied : CND is transferred in EUR "1 for 1", even if I have a
rate conversion from CND to EUR set at 1.67
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a 300$ transaction from CND bank account to EUR bank account
2. Verify the amount transfered in EUR account...
3. It is 300e, as if 1e = 1$. Should be about 200e
