DESCRIPTION
Opening a window that touches the floating panel makes it doge. Opening some
modal window like settings and minimizing the parent window will make the panel
float again even if it intersects.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Kate
2. maximize Kate
3. open settings in Kate
4. move settings window to panel edge
5. minimize the parent window (Kate)
OBSERVED RESULT
The floating panel will intersect with the modal window.
EXPECTED RESULT
The floating panel will doge the modal like everything else.
