After a system update and reboot , the plasma-login-manager screen gets corrupted. I start VT and then I delete both .cache and kwininout... sudo cp ~/.config/kwinoutputconfig.json /var/lib/plasmalogin/.config/ Go back to KDE and the plasma-logi-nmanager screen is back fine.
