DESCRIPTION
Attempting to connect/mount an external disk in KDE neon with Plasma 6.7.3.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect an external disk via USB 3.0 (USB-A, or USB-C)
2. Run sudo journalctl -f from a terminal window.
3. Manually mount the device via another terminal window. "sudo mount /dev/sda1
/mnt/temp"

When attempting to mount the drive via the GUI it produces an error about
insufficient rights.
It works on a Kubuntu 24.04.4 LTS machine. The drive is healthy, as it also
works with an Ubuntu 26.04 live image.

Device mounted to /media/[device-ID]
