Case 1: In any case now I've tried this: - Undock from work - kill /usr/lib/kf5/kscreen_backend_launcher - Remove all the kscreen bad configurations - Run /usr/lib/kf5/kscreen_backend_launcher - Dock the notebook at home A this point the external monitor is not activated Case 2: If I do instead - Undock from work - Suspend - Unsuspend - Dock the notebook at home the external monitor is activated but a bad configuration is generated.
