DESCRIPTION
Auto rotate option doesn't work on my OnePlus 6T until I logout and login after
every reboot. It seems that the accelerometer needs some time to be initialized
and KWin only checks for its presence when starting.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to enable / disable Auto rotate in Plasma Mobile after restart
OBSERVED RESULT
The option is missing or disabled, because KWin is not aware of accelerometer
being available.
EXPECTED RESULT
Auto rotation can be enabled / disabled.
