DESCRIPTION
When the user sets a specific notification frequency, Discover still checks it
every day.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Plasma Settings and navigate to Software Update
2. Set "Notification Frequency" to Weekly or Monthly
3. Update and use the system normally, it may take a few days if no updates
come out for your system.
OBSERVED RESULT
Update notifications come in almost every single day.
EXPECTED RESULT
Update notifications should happen on a weekly/monthly basis.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have observed this behavior across other distros in the past this year when
distrohopping, this seems to be a discover/notifier specific issue.
