DESCRIPTION
Arrow buttons for increasing/decreasing the hour and minute values for alarm
don't work.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KClock and go to Alarms tab.
2. Create a new alarm, or modify an existing one.
3. Click on any of the arrows above and below the hour and minute values.
OBSERVED RESULT
Both the hour and the minute values don't change when the arrows above or below
them are clicked.
EXPECTED RESULT
Clicking the arrow buttons above the hour or the minute value should increase
the corresponding value. Similarly, clicking the arrow buttons below the hour
or minute value should decrease them.
