wrong custom icon dimension after update kirigami
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. update kirigami from 6.27.0-1 to 6.28.0-1
2. restart Linux
OBSERVED RESULT
custom icon will have wrong dimension
EXPECTED RESULT
correct icon dimension
