If active alarms can't be written to any calendar, many of the basic alarm
handling menu options are disabled. If KAlarm starts up in this condition, the
user will very likely not realise why commands are disabled and therefore be
unable to use KAlarm. To help the user to be able to fix things, a warning
message should be displayed in these circumstances.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KAlarm.
2. Execute KAlarm.
OBSERVED RESULT
The user cannot create an alarm, does not know what to do and is not warned
about why this happens.
EXPECTED RESULT
At least, the user should be warned, as David Jarvie helpfully wrote.
