English KDiff3 Windows Explorer context menu
SUMMARY
The KDiff3 Windows Explorer context menu remains in English although
Windows and KDiff3 itself are configured to use German.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDiff3 1.12.4 on a German Windows 11 system.
2. Run KDiff3 in German.
3. Right-click a file or directory in Windows Explorer.
4. Open the KDiff3 context menu.
OBSERVED RESULT
The KDiff3 application itself is translated into German, but the
Windows Explorer context menu remains in English.
EXPECTED RESULT
The Windows Explorer context menu should use the system language
and appear in German.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The German translation for the shell extension is installed.
The following file exists:
C:\Program Files\KDiff3\bin\data\locale\de\LC_MESSAGES\diff_ext.mo
Translation files for other languages are installed in the
corresponding locale directories as well.
KDiff3 itself correctly uses its German translation.
