David Jarvie <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ever confirmed|0 |1 Status|REPORTED |ASSIGNED --- Comment #12 from David Jarvie <[email protected]> --- That's useful. I'll need to investigate why the migration process doesn't complete quickly when there are no previous kalarm calendar resources. In any case, I think that the user needs to be able to cancel the migration after a timeout. In the meantime, there is a workaround which I hope will allow you to use kalarm. In the KAlarm menu, go to Settings, Configure KAlarm, and in the General tab disable the Akonadi plugin. Then restart kalarm and hopefully the calendars should be created and everything should work. Note that the Akonadi plugin is required for certain features: birthday import, email functions and email address book, so these won't be available. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
