CJK languages do not have 1:1 translation of keys to characters, and the
character composition is done in an input method (e.g. ibus, fcitx) rather than
the layout itself. As such, these are technically not "wrong". The Xkb symbols
file for Korea just inherits US, Japan non-Kana layout only defines alphabets,
China Pinyin layout also.
