DESCRIPTION
Snap packages are generally unable to save the default app for a given file
type when opening a file using the app picker

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run the Firefox Snap
2. Go to Settings -> Downloads -> Specify "Save File" for PDF files
3. Download a PDF file (e.g.
https://www.adobe.com/support/products/enterprise/knowledgecenter/media/c4611_sample_explain.pdf
)
4. Click the downloads icon and select the downloaded PDF
5. Select "Set as default app to open PDF document files" and click on Okular
6. Close Okular and repeat Step 4.

OBSERVED RESULT
The app picker still asks the user to select an app to open the PDF file

EXPECTED RESULT
The app picker automatically opens Okular
