DESCRIPTION
Previous versions of konsole would show the hostname for remote hosts sourced
fromt he .ssh/config file of the user. This now shows the IP. I access many
hosts over SSH per tab so its pretty unusable.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. SSH to a host you have name in ssh config
2. The remote host %h should show hostname
3. It will show IP as the tab name
OBSERVED RESULT
IPs as the tab name.
EXPECTED RESULT
Use the hostname from the ssh config like previous versions did.
