It only happens every one to two weeks, so I don't currently have a lot of data ATM. When it's working, it works as I would expect. It persists through multiple new documents, opening and closing the program, system shutdown/startup, reboots, etc. Maybe it might be connected to the program crashing? I will have to take note the next time Krita crashes. Otherwise, I cant think of anything that would be touching Krita's files aside from Krita itself. Other similar settings (aside from locks on the dockers) are unaffected by the issue: workspace, canvas color, last selected brush group, even last selected brush.
