Scroll speed setting: My mouse scroll speed is set to the default value in KDE System Settings. 2. WAYLAND_DEBUG log: I removed the local libinput quirks override and captured the log with Dolphin as requested (scrolled 6 notches up and 6 notches down). I have attached the log file (`dolphin-pointer.log`). 3. Current behavior: In Dolphin (Qt6 / pure Wayland), the scrolling feels smooth and behaves normally. The extreme over-scrolling I initially experienced is currently not reproducible even in other apps after restarting the session. As shown in the log, KWin seems to emit 1 event per notch properly within each frame. I will keep an eye on whether this recurs under specific environments (e.g. XWayland or specific apps), but the current KWin output looks clean.
