Widget's content being stretched outside the containing window
DESCRIPTION
The Audio Volume Widget cannot be horizontally resized
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new default panel (this is just to make sure we are on the same
page)
2. Add the "Audio Volume" widget to the newly created panel
3. Open the "Audio Volume" widget by clicking on its icon.
4. Make the widget wider by dragging the left edge, you will notice that the
content of the widget stretches but its window keeps the same size

OBSERVED RESULT
The content of the widget is resized but its containing window is not.
EXPECTED RESULT
The widget's content as well as the containing window is correctly resized
