I deliberately did not state it in this report, because I have since learnt that invoking KHC is all that is required for it to reproduce. Consequently, the browser (and its version) are irrelevant. I intended attached a screencast, which would empirically demonstrate the reproduction process. However, although this has reproduced on my desktop for the last few months, and did on my laptop barely an hour ago, it has somehow resolved itself! Perhaps, it shall recur later. Consequently, for posterity, I have attached the most extensive trace of the saved core that I am able to produce with what I know.
