The small icon variants (22 px and lower for Help, 16 px and lower for Internet) in Breeze icons are symbolic, not colorful. This is inconsistent with the other category icons. We likely have different screen scaling, so it can use the colorful 22 px version for Internet on my computer, but not yours.
