***
The Audio Volume widget in the Plasma system tray permanently displays the
crossed-out muted speaker icon. Audio playback works normally and the default
output is not muted.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in to a Plasma Wayland session.
2. Play audio or set the default output to an audible volume.
3. Look at the Audio Volume icon in the system tray.
OBSERVED RESULT
The system tray icon displays the muted/crossed-out speaker state even though
audio is audible. `wpctl get-volume @DEFAULT_AUDIO_SINK@` reports:
Volume: 0.41
There is no `[MUTED]` flag. `wpctl status` reports the active default sink as:
Ryzen HD Audio Controller Analog Stereo [vol: 0.41]
PipeWire, pipewire-pulse and WirePlumber are all active and running. Restarting
Plasma and refreshing/re-adding the widget did not resolve the visual state.
EXPECTED RESULT
The system tray icon should reflect the actual state of the default output and
show a non-muted volume icon when the output is not muted.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: SolydXK 13 (Debian 13 base)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.6
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.13.0

PipeWire Version: 1.4.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This appears to be a presentation/state synchronization issue in the widget,
not an actual mute or audio-routing problem. A cropped screenshot of the system
tray is attached as `KDE-bug-audio-volume-icon.png`.
