Showing the Plasma settings menu where I've set the pen key up - and how the
wrong combination shows up.
DESCRIPTION
My goal is to set a hotkey to a Wacom Pen Button. The issue I noticed, is when
I press keys I adjusted via the Plasma keyboard settings. Specifically I have
swapped the Meta and Alt keys (under "Key Bindings -> Alt is swapped with
Win").
Yet when I want to assign `Meta + W` to a Pen Button, that setting is ignored.
So I have to physically press `Alt + W`. The input is then also listed as `Alt
+ W`, but functions as if it's `Meta + W`. It's quite confusing and took me a
moment to figure out.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Swap the keyboard's Meta and Alt keys (under "System Settings -> Keyboard
-> Key Bindings -> Alt and Win behavior -> Alt is swapped with Win").
2. Configure a tablet's Pen Button behavior (under "Drawing Tablet -> Pen ->
Pen button X).
3. Select "Send keyboard key" and press the *configured* "Meta + W" as example
(for clarification, that is the physical Alt key on the keyboard).
OBSERVED RESULT
"Alt + W" is listed in the field. When then pressing the pen button "Meta + W"
is executed.
EXPECTED RESULT
What is listed and what is exectuted should align. And preferably my
configuration should be respected - so "Meta + W" should be recognized.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I did not do in-depth tests of which other key-binding settings are ignored. It
might be only the Meta key settings, or all of them.
