DESCRIPTION
After importing my mp4 files, I get the usual prompt to transcode the file
which has variable framerate.
After selecting the default option, Lossy x264 I frame only (Nvidia GPU), it
throws an error: Failed to create file.
The log says: Unrecognized option 'vsync'.
Error splitting the argument list: Option not found
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. import an mp4 with variable framerate
2. attempt transcoding with the above option: Lossy x264 I frame only (Nvidia
GPU)
