DESCRIPTION
The "notification bar" (idk how it's called precisely" that for example tells
you in Discover that there will be updates after you restart the system, or in
spectacle after saving a screenshot, is now gray and doesn't follow the accent
color anymore.
I think this started happening after Fedora updated to the KDE Frameworks
6.29.0, but I'm not sure.
I'll attach a screenshot of the issue
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Save a screenshot with spectacle / do system updates on Discover

OBSERVED RESULT
The "notification bar" doesn't follow accent color anymore and is gray
EXPECTED RESULT
The notification bar follows accent color like it used to do before this
bug/regression
