DESCRIPTION
When on Microsoft Windows 11 selecting files does not show the blue background
that would normally show when selecting files; This is most likely a problem
with the dolphin for windows as i have not seen anyone report the problem on
linux; the problem appears on the version 26.08 and most likely all newer, when
checked version 26.04 did not yet contain the bug.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open windows 11
2. download dolphin from
https://cdn.kde.org/ci-builds/system/dolphin/release-26.08/windows/dolphin-release_26.08-8432-windows-cl-msvc2022-x86_64.exe
3. open dolphin
4. select any file
OBSERVED RESULT
blue file background doesnt appear :c
EXPECTED RESULT
blue file background appears c:
