Screenshot demonstrates progress bar behavior
DESCRIPTION
When I start the update process with the command 'zypper dup' I observed that
the progress bar behavior has been changed. The rotating symbol inside the
square brackets [/] is jumping left/right. Selecting of the string with mouse
shows extra spaces. Lines with string '[done]' looks like '[ done]' (few
spaces just after opening bracket).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start konsole
2. execute command 'zypper dup'

OBSERVED RESULT
I assume that the gap between characters is adjusted each time based on the
length of the displayed string. I came to this conclusion because the right
edge of the text is always at the window boundary. When the string changes (as
in the case of a progress bar), the gap between characters is also
recalculated. I assume this doesn’t apply to all characters — perhaps only
spaces (tabs).
EXPECTED RESULT
May be each symbol should be aligned within the grid. Probably sub-pixel
rendering in this case will interfere.
