DESCRIPTION
Plugging a second HDMI monitor into the USB-c dock hooked up to my laptop makes
the desktop session freeze. It will not go further to make the second monitor
usable. After unplugging it again it will recover and the first monitor will
work fine again.
I checked with another laptop with windows and there the two monitors work fine
on the dock, so its not the dock being broken.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have a usb-c dock with 1 hdmi monitor connected to the machine
2. plug the second hdmi monitor also into the dock
3. session freezes until second monitor is unplugged
