Observed behavior
DESCRIPTION
When the effects stack window is edited to be particularly short, its sliders
and settings collapse into the first bar. This is resolved by expanding the
window, or by tampering with the settings (though this leads to some random and
unpredictable change to the effect).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change the size of the effect stack window to be arbitrarily small enough.
My screen is 1920x1080, and the bug occurs when the window is below about 410
pixels in width.
2. Close the effect stack window, such as by selecting a clip in the timeline
without effects.
3. Reopen the effect stack window, by selecting a clip with an effect in the
timeline or by adding one.
OBSERVED RESULT
All sliders and check boxes are stacked into the same position within the
window.
EXPECTED RESULT
Everything should be in list format, with a scroll bar allowing access to
options that don't fit on screen.
