DESCRIPTION
There is a bug and or situation in the Clipboard Contents application where the
system's main Panel becomes non-interactive after a user clicks out of the
"Clear Clipboard History" confirmation dialog.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have an existing application window open (can be any) or Clicks outside of
the dialog window (e.g., click on the desktop or another open window).
2. Go to clipboard contents and click on "clear history" located on the top
right corner with a "brush" icon. Once prompt shows, click the other
application window so that prompt is now behind the application or the desktop.
3. Then attempt to click on any of the open application icons or any icons from
the panel and see how it fails to open them.
OBSERVED RESULT
When the user attempts to click any icons in the panel there is no response at
all. As if it were to be locked out from being intractable. Any widgets with an
animations or graphs like "Network Speed", "Total CPU Use" or "Memory Usage"
will continue to work but not intractable when clicked.
EXPECTED RESULT
If I were to click either options but instead clicked out of the prompts
window. I should have been able to click back to the prompts application icon
from the panel to then complete the action as needed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
My temporary fix was, If the user were to go back to the original "virtual
desktop" in where the clipboard prompt was spawned in and ALT+TAB back to said
prompt then completes either of the choices given from the prompt. Then the
Panel becomes usable once again as if nothing had happened. My Panel is
configured to be on the top of the screen rather then the default bottom.
