DESCRIPTION
Focus steal prevention set to a level higher than Medium causes the panel to
stay visible when focusing full screen applications. You can get the panel to
disappear by opening and minimising windows, though I don't quite understand
which windows have to be reopened and manually minimized.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In "Window Behavior" > "Focus" set "Focus stealing prevention" to High or
Extreme.
2. Open a graphical application
3. Open a full screen application
OBSERVED RESULT
The panel is not hidden and instead is displayed over the full screen
application.
This issue also arises when focusing a different application and then focussing
the full screen application again.
EXPECTED RESULT
The panel is hidden when opening/focusing the full screen application.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This only started happening recently, after I installed the updates that were
released within the last 2 weeks in Fedora. I am not using Winscripts or
similar to modify the window manager.
