STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on any file and go to move to or copy to.
2. Go to home screen and if the entries are more than the screen.
3. Try to scroll
OBSERVED RESULT
Scrolling is not possible or only possible hardly from the left edge.
EXPECTED RESULT
Scrolling should be possible.
